Costa Smeralda

Panorama is situated at the beginning of the town of Golfo Aranci – Baia Caddinas, which is very close to the Emerald Coast.  Emerald Coast is renowned not only because it is frequented by the national and international VIPs, but mostly for its natural beauty, the unique sea of transparent emerald water and the beaches of fine white sand encircled by the large granite rocks.

The heart of the Emerald cost is a town called Porto Cervo, where one will find everything he might need for a beautiful and memorable holiday. Nearby there are also such residential areas as Romazzino, Cala di Volpe, Piccolo Pevero, Pevero Gulf, Pantogra and Lisca di Vacca.Between Porto Cervo and Cala di Volpe, a little bit outside of the Emerald Coast Area, you will find a very well developed commercial and residential area of Abbiadori.Poltu Quatu, Baya Sardinia, Camagione and Porto Rotondo are not an official part of Costa Smeralda but they are often associated with it for its vast choice of cultural and social activities.

Somewhat nearby, away from the crowded beaches, it is possible to observe a wild nature that is not yet discovered. Leaving the light blue sea for a minute, it is possible to “dive” immediately into the evergreen rich and rampant vegetation, to discover a non-conventional Sardinia through untraded paths and gravel roads. Here the nature and environment are truly respected, and all the commercial and residential construction is done to preserve these values. Stone houses and magnificent villas are buried deeply in the evergreen landscape.

And don’t forget the “boats”. There are so many. It is truly difficult to see such diversity and beauty all together in another place in the world. All those boats are here for a reason, despite the exclusiveness of this location, their owners are looking for this special beauty, this unique translucent sea, this wild nature that is able to offer you an incomparable colors and fragrances.
